It is 3728.9 miles, or 5999.8 kilometers, from my hometown of Wilton, CT to Nouakchott, the capital of Mauritania. Don't know where Mauritania is? Don't worry, before the Peace Corps sent me here, no one else I knew had the faintest idea either.
